Stars Sink Tonight, Awaiting the Dawn

Some journeys do not stop only when they reach their end; some stars do not need to shine in every moment. Through long nights we built this sky star by star — from a single faint light to a forming constellation, from a small idea to countless days of exploration and vigil.

Today we choose to slow time down. The rushing data returns to calm; the sleepless systems rest; what we have built returns to safekeeping. This is not a farewell, but a temporary return to storage. Before we set out again, we save the flame, pack our things, and leave the unfinished chapters to the future.

When the stars are called, each answers in turn — the Morning Star, Yaozhao, Yuheng, Gouchen, Zhongshu, Dongbi, Changgeng — and each receives a blessing. The expedition pauses; the array falls quiet; all go offline in order. We part from the sea of stars tonight, not because we have forgotten the distance, but so that the next departure still has its full direction.

Starlight may hide, but conviction need not go out. When dawn returns and the first light cuts through the deep, the Morning Star will rise again and the matrix will reunite. The deep sea awaits the return voyage. This silence is not a goodbye.
